Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. "Overpriced, way too many money mistakes. The crew tried to hide damage. Even though they claim a project mgr., I was told by many, "not my responsibility". When the finally came to correct an " oversight", I had to supplied both the paint and the BRUSH... and they left me to clean the brush. They quoted me (and charged me) for items they did not deliver. I had to work to get a refund. They left more than 100 nails on my neighbor's property. Do yourself a favor-get a cheaper source. You might have the same issues but at least you aren't paying a premium for them."

They circled the house several times with a magnetic 'vacuum' to pick up any nails -- our grass has never been so clean! Everything was picked up.
