"Larry the appliance repair technician who owns Able business was promptly on time. He diagnosed my out of order electric clothes dryer using his appliance repair knowledge and technical skills. Larry determined that the cost to repair dryer was more than half the price of a new dryer. He determined the dryer was 10 years old. Paying for the parts and labor was 1 option that he offered me or I could scrap the dryer and put the repair cost to a replacement new dryer. As the dryer was 10 years used, we paid Larry for his diagnosis charge which was very reasonable. I highly recommend Larry’s services as he diagnosed the situation quickly and we did a cost analysis to repair or replace the dryer. He is a very patient and kind man. "Electronic circuit boards were damaged and not functioning properly with subsequent loss of refrigeration for my Electrolux French Door refrigerator freezer. I saw that Mr. Mastri had excellent reviews on the Home Advisor Website. I called him and he ordered a new electronic circuit board kit from Electrolux which arrived the next day. Do to the nature of my problem with a refrigerator-freezer, Mr. Mastri made me his first call of the day as soon as the parts arrived by overnight mail. Mr. Mastri charged me the same price for the Circuit Boards as if I would have ordered them directly myself from Electrolux. He did not add on any fees to the Circuit Boards Original Factory Direct Price. Electrolux even warned me that I might want to order the parts myself because many repair places mark up the original parts price to make money on them. Mr Mastri did not do this. He was there about one hour. He got right to work and had no trouble replacing the two circuit boards. All I paid for was the parts $270, plus overnight shipping of $25.00, tax of $25 and $85 for labor. I felt his prices were very fair. Mr. Mastri was very pleasant, professional, right on time and I was completely satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him for appliance repair. He is honest, hard working and charges very reasonable rates. My satisfaction and a job well done was his priority."

Called one appliance repair shop they came and diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price that seemed outrageous and would take 2 weeks to get the parts and install. Seeking a second opinion, I called JDR Appliance Repair and Jabbar came out to my home the following day. Without knowing about the previous companies quote and diagnosis, Jabbar did his own diagnosis and found the problem to be the same as the other companies findings. The major difference was Jabbar's price was MUCH less than the other company's price and he was able to have my fridge fixed within 2 days. That was over 6months ago and I haven't had any problems with the refrigerator since the repairs was done. His professionalism was top notch, would definitely recommend."
