Really had to work hard at accessing the tub plumbing (I live in a small condo) and cutting away the corroded metal 1970s pipes. Never thought I'd be so glad to see plastic! When he discovered rust around the tub drain, he suggested some ways I could save $$ (rather than replacing the entire tub, which would also require replacing shower tiles too). I often do not respond to unknown names or numbers. In fact, the first two times the tech called I did not answer because a strange company name came up not Zoom. The other thing was pricking I felt they were high almost $280 to clear my drain using a snake. The tech was on time friendly cleaned up after himself and prepped the area to avoid leaks. My problem was resolved quickly."
