"It turned out that we have pretty good water. They were nice. There were two 50 year old guys that ran the stuff. Their assistant didn't really know what was going on but the older guy kept him in line. He was learning. They actually had quite a bit of stuff to do because of the set up. They had to pull out a huge pressure tank. The pricing was fair; most of it was the pump. The kid was nice but when the older guy asked him to do something, he didn't know what he was talking about."

He assigned Chase to the job and I received a call from Chase confirming his arrival time. "Found on Angie's List and called for service. We replaced a sink and countertop unit in a bathroom with a one-piece unit. I planned on using the previous valve assembly (with an old style permanently attached supply line) and attaching it to the faucet. Of course it leaked and having done these valve replacements in the past I knew what a pain it was and I just didn't want to go thru the frustration again. I called BP and made an appointment. Billy showed up right on time, introduced himself, did the work; no muss no fuss. I had a new drain assembly so he used that but used his own valves and new supply lines. The price I show reflects a coupon discount, otherwise it would have been $156. Definitely recommend and use again! <br />"

"Bob inspected well and water system prior to house purchase. Found everything ok except failed biol analysis (coliforms; no E coli), which he explained indicated that even though the coliforms are not harmful, they indicate that something COULD get into the supply. Provided option of "shocking" the well w chlorine and drain off (one time cleaning), or install UV purifier that will provide on-going protection. After closing the sale of the house, and drinking bottled water for a few months I scheduled w A-Plus. Matt showed up on time and installed the UV-purifier and pre filter. Smooth. No complications. He added a small amount of chlorine to the house line and we ran it through to all house faucets. Let is sit for 24 hrs, then next day I ran the faucets (hosed outside so didn't impact septic system) until no longer smelled chlorine. Since then, it's been business as usual. Water analysis came back perfect! The UV-purifier has a screen that shows it's working. Water tastes great. FYI, if you do this, don't forget to run your fridge's ice maker for a few cycles to get rid of the chlorine in that line too. Matt was prompt, courteous, answered all my questions, provided advice, efficient, accepted credit card payment, and is available for additional questions or concerns.
