"I am so thankful for this company! My disposal exploded a pipe under the sink and now my kitchen was basically useless! I called before I bought the Angie's List deal to see if that would be the best financial option for us (we are on a budget!), and I was told it would be (by the Owner? I can't remember.). Purchased the deal then got a call a little over an hour later saying that he had a guy coming out between 1 and 2. Got a call from the plumber, who got to our house much earlier! He gave us some tips, and showed my husband how it all worked down there. Fixed the clog. Was super nice and talkative but worked quickly.

"I am not one who easily/regularly provides a perfect review to anyone or anything. This case was an exception to my standard. Not only did John excel and exceed my expectations on-site but so did his wife. She not only got us scheduled promptly, allowing for install time if I chose to hire them, but also was flexible when I encountered a last minute need to change our scheduled appointment due to personal illness. They recognized my husband's service by providing a military/veteran discount. The installation was nearly half the price of even the most affordable companies and the on site/in home quote was free. You can't beat that especially when you ask them to complete the task in the same appointment and they succeeded completing it it's remarkable. In less than 1 hour I had a brand new toilet installed and the other removed and hauled away. I have saved their information for future use. FYI - - my only heads up is that at this time they do not accept credit carda. However, they accept cash and check. That would be the only small snag that took come up."

"I had my master bath sinks draining very slow. Little did I know that the issue was that the stoppers were off and causing an issue with the drain. To make sure nothing else was a problem, they took the pipes apart to verify that there wasn't anything else in the pipes.
Then they investigated why my dishwasher wasn't draining properly. When it drained, the water was coming out of the spout on the sink. They took the hose off from under the sink and cut it to the proper length. The issue was that when the dishwasher was installed, the hose used was too long.
I stopped having plumbing issues after they fixed everything. The workers were there longer than the deal that I had purchased but they didn't charge me extra. Very professional and polite.
