Best Chimney fully agreed and replaced our cap with a poured, cement cap at a very reasonable cost. They also replaced about 70 bricks. After an acid wash they matched almost perfectly. Additionally, at no extra cost, they tuck pointed and sealed the inside "fire box". The whole job, including clean up, surpassed our expectations.
