He was delayed by rain and the sand company having an equipment problem. However he stay with the job and completed it in a reasonable amount of time. The Duval inspector came and checked everything out and passed the job. I did not have CCMP do the sod replacement because the weather was too cold and it would have died. I plan to get that done when the weather warms up some. The cost below covers Egans Environmental, Darrell Cruz and CCMP. I would highly recommend all three of these companies."

"Steve came by and looked at the garbage disposal that wasn't working.  Days earlier a previous Angie's List plumber from another deal had said it was bad and wanted $200 more to replace it with the new one I already had on hand. I felt that was way too much, so I declined to have the work done and then bought Steve's deal. He arrived on time, and his office called the day before and again the following morning to confirm when he would be here so I wouldn't be wondering when he would arrive.  Steve arrived right on time, looked at the disposal  and said that the unit was not bad or in need of replacement,  He proceeded to pull a small piece of clear  plastic and some other unknown object and then turned it on and it worked fine.  Plus, Steve is a nice guy, honest, and does  other jobs as well. I certainly didn't realize at the time that I bought the deal that  it would turn out so very well for me. Not only did I save the $200 the other plumber was going to charge, but I was also able to return the new disposal I bought and got $129 back.  I was really pleased. Very nice people to deal with.
