Haines began fairly quickly after bid accepted, and worked tirelessly to arrange for demolition and major carpentry, building his own external stairs to window so as to avoid bringing construction material/debris through house. Timing of carpentry, roofing, hvac, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, cabinets/countertops choice and installation, and flooring was well-coordinated with no down-time. Very happy with finished project, and will be using Haines on smaller master bath remodel."

They do not give you a set estimate for the project. They’d need to give me a fixed estimate and do change orders like a normal contractor or we would not hire them again.
