"Purchased from NewPro new windows and storm doors. We purchased the triple pane windows. Ryan and Josh were great in returning calls on any concerns prior to installation and on follow up after the windows were in. Installation crew of Greg, Frank and Dave were polite and informative. Noted a problem just after they left and Greg returned the same day to address and correct the problem. Windows are easy to open and close. House seems quieter and temp has been cooler than outside. In the past our house has always been warmer than outside. We would recommend NewPro windows."
