Walter was extremely prompt in answering my initial quote request, scheduling in-person appointments & issuing a quote. He listened to our needs & our design vision for the completed bathroom re-model, and gave great advice-even warning of potential areas of concern given the age of our home. His overall bid was very competitive, and the completed work product is superior!. We love out new bathroom and have no regrets in choosing Walter's Home Improvement. As a bonus, he made sure the jobsite was as clean as possible and even fixed a roof leak at no charge! He also pointed out areas that may need work in the future, which we reallyappreciated

It took 5 days to turn an old out of date bathroom, into a modern art piece. I was very pleased with the out come - It now looks awesome. They did a great job.

The finished room far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we had Bill in our home for the initial consult we knew had the right company. After numerous estimates from other companies, Bill was the first one to listen what we wanted and he delivered, he made several suggestions to what we already had in mind, some were accepted and others not. He did NOT push the issue on rejected ones. Products used were of the best quality. The crew - Bruce and Ed - were professional, prompt, polite, organized and cleaned any mess daily. Given finished date of 10 days and were done in 8. A job well done. This company needs 10 stars not five.
