Comment: We are starting to plan a bathroom remodeling project. We would like to complete most of the work however, we need certain things handled by professionals. First being, inspection for to make sure the existing floor is structurally sound to replace the existing tub with a shower-no tub. The bathroom is very small so the main focus is to maximize as much space as possible. We plan to replace the toilet but keep it in the same location. Replace the pedestal sink with a small vanity for cabinet space. Instal a fan and repair water damaged ceiling.
