"Our basement remodel with Top Remodeling was a success. Dan's project management skills and the team's craftsmanship delivered an amazing space."

"I hired this contractor to level my basement floor, install a backup sump pump, and add a laundry sink. The basement looks better, but had significant problems. THE GOOD:The laundry sink and sump pump work properly alongside the existing drain. THE CONCERNS:The sump pump was initially installed incorrectly, removing the drain. I was told both couldn't fit due to equipment size. Only after speaking with the owner was a solution found. The floor leveling fell short. The self-leveler had grey and white patches. When I raised concerns, I was told this was normal and it doesn't come in colors, contradicting my research. Since I didn't discuss coloring upfront, I paid an additional $850 for epoxy paint. Even after painting, the floor remained uneven with noticeable depressions. The door was left unlocked with keys inside rather than in the lockbox. BOTTOM LINE:The basement is improved but not level as promised. Be very specific about expectations upfront and be prepared to push back on issues"

"We recently remodeled our bathroom with VKB Kitchen and Bath and are very happy with the results. Everything came out beautiful, especially the tile and shower. The team was helpful, easy to work with, and kept us updated throughout the project. We would definitely recommend VKB for a bathroom remodel!"

"I asked for a complete bathroom makeover and left the vision up to Mike — and I couldn’t be happier. From securing the foundation and properly waterproofing the space to the final finishing touches, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The black and white tile design is absolutely beautiful and timeless. The built-in bench and handheld shower add comfort and functionality, and I specifically requested a serene, open space without glass — which was executed perfectly. The entire project was completed with great communication, attention to detail, and at a reasonable cost. I absolutely love the finished product and highly recommend Mike, City Renovations & Remodeling, LLC"

"Shed roof replaced and gazebo fan installed. Professional crew. Courteous and efficient. Work completed to my satisfaction first time. Already discussed next project"

"Excellent service. My project started with a kitchen remodel, and when I saw how professional the team was and the outstanding and the meticulous work, I asked them to help with other projects. So I had them do a partial basement remodel, and then repairs to the outside steps. More work coming your way LFC. THANK YOU!"

"Devin Nasvaderani (Marel Homes) is, without a doubt, the best contractor with whom I have ever worked. He came into a job that had been royally screwed up by a prior contractor (see review of Stevenson & Sons). He thoroughly inspected the property, prepared a detailed bid, gave us advice on the most important items and delivered a bid that could work with our budget and the existing lender requirements. His entire crew were professional and consciencious. Devin delivered on time, on budget with high quality work. He kept us informed throughout the process. The portico he built is frequently the subject of compliments by our neighbors (and people just driving by). We will use Devin to continue improving our home. He took a nightmare and turned it into the dream home we had hoped for. If you need a great contractor to remodel your home, call Devin at Marvel Homes (the name says it all).

"I highly recommend John Krause Construction to anybody in need of any level of
home renovation/remodel. They did a wonderful job on my most recent Home
rehab. We started this project on 1/11/16 with a 60 day deadline and they
finished the project in 54 days and stayed on budget. JKC's employees were
courteous and professional making them a pleasure to deal with. All of the
workers were very knowledgeable of their trades and did top quality work and
left the job site clean after each day. In the business of flipping homes, it
is very important to be able to get these jobs done fast and on budget and JKC
was able to do both without sacrificing any quality of the finished product
making them an ideal contractor for use in my line of work and for anybody
looking to do a remodel project at their home.

"Renken Remodeling is a top-notch company. From the initial presentation to the final steps in the remodeling process, everything was done professionally and with care. I will definitely be hiring them again for our next bathroom remodel. I very much appreciated how they stayed on top of the project and gave us realistic timelines. Went way above my expectations."

"Our kitchen remodel turned out great- thanks to our installer, Trae Allen. He was efficient, on time, answered all our questions and very hard working and knowledgeable about his craft. He did an A+ job! Cabinets look great!"
