"All work performance and results were excellent, especially our condo remodel. We have used CT Enterprises several times over the last 10 years and continue to use them for any improvement work that arises in our home. On the condo remodel Chris had beautiful design ideas to open up the kitchen to the living space. He overcame hurdles swapping the sink from a wall to the island counter, adding electric and plumbing to fit all new appliances in our small footprint. CT painted and replaced flooring throughout, evened out the ceilings, renovated both baths and made the feeling cozy with great lighting. Great attention was paid to quality and details (even fixing the front door handle and matching wall outlet covers). We had CT enclose the balcony and added heat/AC. Thanks to the design ideas we have an indoor space that feels being outdoors with its own 'back porch' personality for our condo. We are in the thought process of moving and had Chris just do a walkthrough with us. He is spot on helping us identify what will both be value-add and cost effective, and he knows our personality to advise on style and design. "We hired Summerlin Exterior Solutions to build an addition to our existing deck and construct a large hog wire fence around our yard. Our lot is steeply sloped in places which made the fence build quite challenging. We wanted the deck addition to be a match to the existing deck construction and it too was elevated off steeply sloping terrain. We are extremely happy with the results. The construction quality is excellent. Everything is extremely solid. Thoughtful touches and pride in craftsmanship are evident. Jesse, Cole, and the team were great in keeping us abreast of what was happening on a daily basis. These guys, like the construction, are solid!"

"Rick was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. He consulted with me if he found any additional work that needed to be done and kept me up to date on the progress. The damage needing to be repaired was a little more extensive in some places than anticipated and he repaired all of it so it would not become a problem in the future. His work was high quality, he used good materials and my railing looks even better than the one he replaced. I would highly recommend and plan to use him again in the near future for some additional work."
