"Lar-Con construction did a fantastic job on our recent kitchen and half bath remodel. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Larry, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and offered helpful suggestions that made our plans a reality. He and his crew were always pleasant and professional. They let us know approximately what time they would arrive each day, and the focus of their work for the next day. They took care to keep the dust and construction materials confined to the work area. Larry spent a great deal of time explaining the difference between ready-made, semi-custom, and custom cabinets and how they might work in our kitchen. He suggested we might want to work with a custom cabinet maker to accommodate the odd angles in our kitchen. He suggested a reputable cabinet maker who did a fantastic job developing a workable plan for our kitchen. Larry worked closely with the cabinet maker coordinating installation of the cabinets and countertops. Larry and his crew took the time and effort to complete work as if they were working on their own home. When an unexpected sub-floor repair was necessitated due to a hidden water leak, the crew took it in stride and worked it into their schedule, replacing the sub-floor. They also went into the crawl space to inspect the floor joists for water damage, repaired and replaced them as needed, and even added an additional vent to the crawl space area to create cross ventilation. Larry worked with the contractor we had hired for flooring installation, and was on hand the day the flooring was installed, helping insure it was installed professionally. We felt comfortable enough with Larry and his crew that we were able to take an out of state trip while the work was in progress. While we were gone, Larry sent photos of the work they completed each day and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We are so pleased with the quality of work completed and the work ethic demonstrated by the entire crew of Lar-Con Construction that we have already scheduled a master bath renovation."

"Moran Vered and his team worked quickly, and were flexible with their work schedule. We had family staying with us for Thanksgiving, and asked that the inside portion of our project not begin until after they left. Moran was happy to work around this. Along the way, they would ask us if we'd like to include certain options, and informed us of the price difference. They also pointed out where our old double door had been leaking, causing damage. They were able to diagnose the extent of the damage, and then make the necessary repairs within a matter of hours. This was an additional $3k unexpected cost, but fortunately we had planned a little room in our budget for this type of thing. Overall we are very pleased with the finished product, and enjoyed working with Vered Renovations. We will gladly hire them again for future renovation projects."

"It went very well. Dwight and Stacy are excellent at what they do. The majority of the work was done by Dwight and his son. They made sure they knew who would be at our house and when they would be there. For the few items that were sub-contracted out (floors and electrical) Dwight was there making sure it went well. I must have interviewed every kitchen and bath remodel company in Atlanta prior to selecting West Georgia Design Build. Save yourself some time and go with these guys."

"I had two bathrooms remodeled. This included new tiles in the showers, new vanities with new faucets, new plumbing fixtures in the showers and painting of both bathrooms. All jobs were performed well and I am very satisfied with the results. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and pricing was also reasonable. I can certainly recommend this company."

He has done several projects for me--from repairing a hole in the roof of a shed (from a tree limb that fell), to installing a bidet, to setting up some complicated pieces of furniture. "Limitless walked us through the entire process of remodeling our kitchen-from initial design through materials selection and installation. Jonathan, Doug and Joseph made additional recommendations and during the process when they saw opportunities for improvements. While 95% of the job was completed in the projected time frame, they never questioned any issues that required correction and returned several times to ensure the job was completed to our total satisfaction. All of their installers were top notch--our back-splash gets instant compliments from everyone who sees it. The only complaint I have would be about the flooring installers who did not do a good job cleaning up after themselves. All of the other installers were extremely thorough about cleaning up at the end of every day. They really did their best to minimize the the inconvenience of what could have been a very disruptive process."

"We hired Harrison to put in a new fence in our backyard to enclose our property, he not only did a great job with the fence but he was very good at communicating with us when he would be by doing the work, leaving, or if something had came up. Would definitely rehire."

"Jhony Ventura did a wonderful job for us! We had a wall between a bright, sunny tv room and a very dark, windowless foyer. Jhony cut out a 4 x 6 window, moved some electrical, then framed it. It looks great, foyer is now so much sunnier. Going to have shutters put up eventually. No mess, furniture covered, great experience and would certainly use Jhony again."
