We were looking to finish our basement and turn it into a family hang out/play space for our child. He gave us a super fair estimate and a start date and remained on schedule/ahead of schedule the entire project. I liked that his payment plan was super honest, as well. Providing payments along the way helps make sure that we were happy, but also giving him assurance to be paid on time, as well. He paid attention to detail, bringing things to our attention, providing suggestions, and answering any questions we had along the way. We did make a few changes to our initial plan, but things kept moving forward without missing a beat. The quality of his work is also exceptional. He made custom built-ins for our son's toys and they turned out amazing. The entire team was professional, responsive and easy to work with from beginning to end. They used top-quality subcontractors for plumbing, flooring, fixtures and electrical.
