We were looking to finish our basement and turn it into a family hang out/play space for our child. He gave us a super fair estimate and a start date and remained on schedule/ahead of schedule the entire project. I liked that his payment plan was super honest, as well. Providing payments along the way helps make sure that we were happy, but also giving him assurance to be paid on time, as well. He paid attention to detail, bringing things to our attention, providing suggestions, and answering any questions we had along the way. We did make a few changes to our initial plan, but things kept moving forward without missing a beat. The quality of his work is also exceptional. He made custom built-ins for our son's toys and they turned out amazing. At the end of his job, he did a walk through and paid attention to our notes and comments and at the end of it all, we were BEYOND pleased. I started with them and never even bothered looking for anyone else. These guys are exceptional. They showed up on time, were thorough and friendly and I could tell right away they knew what they were doing. There were no surprises, John kept me updated on the costs and what to expect throughout the project. We had the same 2 guys working on the house start to finish which made everything very comfortable and seamless. Start to finish only took a few days and they left the house soo clean! The right side of the house had the leak. Knowing the siding wouldn't match our old aluminum siding, we had them side the other side too. We can't believe how great everything turned out.
