"This company is incredibly good!! I cannot praise them enough. First, Eric Calamia, the owner, replied within 30 minutes of my on -line request. My husband had made a big mistake when he tried to assemble the desk and damaged it badly. Eric understood the situation immediately. He was friendly and kind, and even funny, saying he would get my husband out of the hot water. And, man, did he do that and so beautifully!! He had one of his employees, Minh Tran, come the very next day, which was yesterday as I write this, and he was fabulous, as Eric told me he would be. Minh is everything you would ever want in assembling and repairing a damaged new desk. He was not only kind, friendly and smart, he was extremely competent and knowledgeable about what was needed (which was a LOT), but he was also a real perfectionist, earnest about doing the best job he could. He even provided an extra bracket to strengthen a section that, ideally, the seller should have included in the purchase."

"Our experience with Build The Bay on our bathroom remodel project was exceptional from start to finish. The scope of this project consisted of a complete remodel of 2 bathrooms at the same time. Our expectation and the general consensus with any remodel project is that it will be a very stressful experience as the inevitable hidden issues will be discovered leading to additional costs and our project was no exception. The communication with and received from Eitan and the Build The Bay team starting with the bidding process and ending with the final inspection went a long way to reducing our stress level throughout the project. We know that is easier for us to ask than it is to fulfill in the challenging world of remodeling and staffing.
It really does take a village to coordinate and complete all of the various requirements -- material choices, teamwork, electrical, plumbing, tiling, and much more.
There are inconveniences, surprises, and a need for patience.
In the end was it all worth it, and would we highly recommend MCA?
