"Lar-Con construction did a fantastic job on our recent kitchen and half bath remodel. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Larry, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and offered helpful suggestions that made our plans a reality. He and his crew were always pleasant and professional. They let us know approximately what time they would arrive each day, and the focus of their work for the next day. They took care to keep the dust and construction materials confined to the work area. Larry spent a great deal of time explaining the difference between ready-made, semi-custom, and custom cabinets and how they might work in our kitchen. He suggested we might want to work with a custom cabinet maker to accommodate the odd angles in our kitchen. He suggested a reputable cabinet maker who did a fantastic job developing a workable plan for our kitchen. Larry worked closely with the cabinet maker coordinating installation of the cabinets and countertops. Larry and his crew took the time and effort to complete work as if they were working on their own home. When an unexpected sub-floor repair was necessitated due to a hidden water leak, the crew took it in stride and worked it into their schedule, replacing the sub-floor. They also went into the crawl space to inspect the floor joists for water damage, repaired and replaced them as needed, and even added an additional vent to the crawl space area to create cross ventilation. Larry worked with the contractor we had hired for flooring installation, and was on hand the day the flooring was installed, helping insure it was installed professionally. We felt comfortable enough with Larry and his crew that we were able to take an out of state trip while the work was in progress. While we were gone, Larry sent photos of the work they completed each day and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We are so pleased with the quality of work completed and the work ethic demonstrated by the entire crew of Lar-Con Construction that we have already scheduled a master bath renovation."

"I started looking for someone that could complete my unfinished basement in May. I had received several estimates that were all different prices. Though when I meet with Jason Richards, he asked what I and my wife both wanted. Jason listens and within a week he provided me with the estimate. The estimate was fair, and I felt that he would deliver he was honest and truthful that's something that you don't always get. Jonathan, Doug and Joseph made additional recommendations and during the process when they saw opportunities for improvements. While 95% of the job was completed in the projected time frame, they never questioned any issues that required correction and returned several times to ensure the job was completed to our total satisfaction. All of their installers were top notch--our back-splash gets instant compliments from everyone who sees it. The only complaint I have would be about the flooring installers who did not do a good job cleaning up after themselves. "The work was done by a very professional crew, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were quoted a price for a smaller job by another (supposedly reputable) company, but they didn't produce. So when Ty and Armando gave me a quote for less money, I was at first skeptical. But when they told me what they would do for me, and the price was lower than the other company wanted for the bare minimum, I quickly agreed. The bathroom was Completely remodeled, including extra touches nobody would have thought about, and I was amazed.
