Everything that was cleaned sparkled when it was completed. The quality was better than I expected. The cleaning crew was friendly. Al came and made sure that all the cleaning we had agreed to was completed. Will be scheduling a regular cleaning service with the company."

"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. I highly recommend DM Building, and would be happy to discuss their work further with anyone who is looking for a custom home builder or looking to embark on a large remodel project. "If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "TNT Design and Build were almost 4 contractors that I had met with to remodel my Serra Mesa home. I referred them to now, four of my family members, and they are all very pleased with the work that was completed. We did a fairly large remodel which included an addition of 620 ft, a kitchen remodels and 2.5 bathroom remodels. They also did all the flooring in the house as well as painting throughout. They just completed a project which they estimate it would take three months and just under 2 1/2 months from start to finish. The quality of work is absolutely stunning and I cannot wait to bring them by to remodel our guest bedroom. "From drab to fabulous! Eco home Builders did a fantastic job on my main bathroom remodel. I'm a Real Estate Broker and have gone through countless remodels and contractors over the past two decades. Eden did a wonderful job managing the project. Always communicating and being available through the whole project was a huge plus. The contractors did an outstanding job and really paid attention to detail. A lot of large tile pieces went into this project, and I was in very impressed with their skill. We were also impressed with their cabinet maker who did a great job basically building a beautiful piece of art. The project basically went off without a flaw on time and on budget. "Just completed our Bathroom remodel. Didi and his team did everything from design, demolition, install, paint, electrical, plumbing, and even knocked out a wall. "From start to finish a very professional operation. They came out and made measurements and then provided a detailed contract of work to be done. Very good communication of when payments were due and for what. I specifically wanted engineered hardwood made in America and when I selected the product , they ordered it from South Carolina which took about a week. They moved furniture and removed the carpet and tested the slab for moisture. Gavin recommended an additional sealant be applied which took a day to dry. The next day they installed the new floor, moved several large pieces of furniture back for me, and cleaned up. The new floor looks wonderful!"
