We noticed afterward that an area they remodeled was suffering water damage and we asked them to come out and take a look. It turned out to be an issue that was due to the house having foundation work done a while back that was finally exposed. Roger kindly negotiated a reasonable price for the work to be done and sent his guys back out to do the work. They even did a few extra things for us like sealing up an area in the adjacent bathroom free of charge. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling work that needs to be done. They renovated the entire upper floor of our house. They installed new laminate flooring and painted our walls, doors, and baseboards.
