"Geo and his team recently performed exterior repair work on my home to fix rotting wood along corners and gables. The work was extensive and very detailed. The work was thorough and of the highest quality. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the repairs Geo and his crew performed. The work wasn’t easy, the front of the house sits on a tall sloping hill where ladders need to go. His team handled this wonderfully and kept the landscaping intact. "Chris Holland of Rodas Construction contacted me after my inquiries into roof work needed, and options. (Though not obviously leaking, the roofing had been unchanged for several decades.) He examined our roof condition, discussing the work needed, and made recommendations. We had some rescheduling for weather, but the main roof work was completed in a day... Some additional soffit work and gutter replacement were done promptly, scheduled on near-following days. Their crew did great clean-up work, leaving the surrounding driveway and yard cleaner than they found it! There were a few additional charges beyond the estimate for unforeseen items, like replacing a bit of moisture-damaged underlayment, but those had been mentioned in our contract, so were understood."

"I've used Jon and his crew for 3 or 4 years now. He first installed an irrigation system for us and, more recently, landscape lighting. What I appreciate the most about Hutchins Landscaping is their subject matter expertise with their products and services. They really know what they're doing - and do things the "right way". They are also responsive despite being quite busy. If there is an issue with irrigation (cut line for example), they come out quickly to fix the problem. They also squeezed us in on a special request for additional backyard lighting that we wanted for our daughter's wedding that was forced to our house due to COVID-19.
