"Geo and his team recently performed exterior repair work on my home to fix rotting wood along corners and gables. The work was extensive and very detailed. The work was thorough and of the highest quality. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the repairs Geo and his crew performed. The work wasn’t easy, the front of the house sits on a tall sloping hill where ladders need to go. His team handled this wonderfully and kept the landscaping intact. From the initial estimate until the final walk-through Geo was courteous and professional and gave meaningful suggestions about which materials to use and where the issues were. It felt more like a close collaboration than just some “contractors”. It was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be using Geo again for future projects."

"Chris Holland of Rodas Construction contacted me after my inquiries into roof work needed, and options. (Though not obviously leaking, the roofing had been unchanged for several decades.) He examined our roof condition, discussing the work needed, and made recommendations. We had some rescheduling for weather, but the main roof work was completed in a day... Some additional soffit work and gutter replacement were done promptly, scheduled on near-following days. Their crew did great clean-up work, leaving the surrounding driveway and yard cleaner than they found it! There were a few additional charges beyond the estimate for unforeseen items, like replacing a bit of moisture-damaged underlayment, but those had been mentioned in our contract, so were understood."

"The folks at Hutchins were a pleasure to work with. I needed major lawn restoration and also knew I wanted to tear up and refresh my very tired landscaping but had no idea what I wanted to do. The process started with Carmen, the office manager who did the intake and managed the scheduling efficiently and courteously. Mark, the landscape and lighting designer, walked the property with me and was full of ideas. He didn't draw up any sketches -- he said that just cost more money -- but that was OK with me since he gave me a good idea of what he was thinking. We went back and forth on email and the phone several times to nail down the design and price. Mark was really helpful and very responsive -- a seasoned landscaper who knows his stuff. The crew who did the work was led by Jon, the owner, and they were all pleasant and professional. Jon and Mark both took time to explain things to me about what they were doing and how to maintain it since lawn and garden care is not among my favorite things to do. The work included tilling up my current lawn and laying new sod, creating and planting new beds, tearing up and replanting old beds, laying pavers as a deck landing, removing several small trees, and general yard cleanup in my backyard (mostly natural area). The job took about 2 1/2 days. I would definitely hire Hutchins Landscaping again. It was a very positive experience and I'm very pleased with the result."

"We have used Triangle Home Repair & Painting for several projects. In the Fall, they installed new front railings and painted/sealed the back deck. We liked them so much we have used them for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room, and 1/2 bath. They respond quickly, show up when they say they will, are polite and considerate, and clean up after themselves perfectly. I took 1/2 a star off because some of the painting is a bit sloppy, but overall they have done a very good job for us and we will continue using them for additional projects. Shout outs especially to Victor, Shakir, and George for the quality of their work and being all-around great guys to work with."
