"The team did an outstanding job remodeling my bathroom and kitchen. They are true professionals who know what they are doing and accommodating to my specific requests. Also, what I really like about the team is their trustworthness. I bought this COOP, and before I hired them, I had a really bad experience dealing with someone who turned out to be a contract fraudster. After I engaged with Lai Fu Home Improvement, they showed me the kind of work they are capable of doing, and obtained all necessary permits and papers the board can ask for. I highly recommend the team for any type of work. And for those of you who need work done in a coop, Lai Fu is the team you can trust."

"Great communication and job well done. The crew did a whole 2 bdrm condo renovation"

"Mrs. and Mr. Construction completed deck maintenance, installed a vanity, caulked the shower area, and renovated the kitchen tile floor. The results were very satisfactory and met professional standards. They provided proposals detailing the required tasks and adjusted the final proposal according to budget constraints. They attended all appointments punctually and worked outside regular hours when necessary. Professional advice was given regarding additional property work. Further tasks such as wood floor renovation, backyard fence installation, and other projects are planned to be assigned to them. They are recommended for similar work. Very courteous client service."

"I Hired Steve and Sons to repair our vinyl siding. Steve (the son) and his associate Junior did an excellent job. They went out of their way to ensure that we were happy with the job and we were. I would highly recommend Steve and Sons. This was actually our second time using them. They power washed our house a year ago. True professionals."
