"Angelo was the best. We had to go through a couple revisions of the plans because the bank's appraisal was much lower than we expected. Angelo, as well as Sam from Rhinebeck Kitchen and Bath, was so easygoing and responsive to our many questions. During the actual work, he kept in touch with us as to what work was being done as well as when. We never felt out of the loop. We were expecting dust and disruption for a full kitchen remodel, (gutted down to the wall studs), but Angelo did a great job of minimizing the dust and disruption. When the job was done, we could not have been happier. All of our friends have the same reaction the first time they see our new kitchen, "WOW!" We highly recommend Angelo and his crew who were all highly professional and pleasant to work with. So much so, that we had a party for all them when it was done."

"I hired Anton to work on a small, but fairly complicated remodeling job. A partial wall was obstructing my living room and he installed a new beam to open up the space. Throughout the process, he was responsive and communicative to ensure that we were on the same page. The work was done slightly faster than expected and most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent."

"I highly recommend V&S for any job you have around your home. They did an outstanding job with our kitchen remodel. They walked us through all of the steps and options for the job. Stefan understood our style and helped us design everything. They worked efficiently and the job was done quickly with high quality to detail. We will be calling them for any future projects we have. In addition to being talented and hardworking they are over all nice people to work with."

"Mike did an impeccable job!. Sanding & painting my kitchen cabinets and doors. Very knowledgeable, on time , friendly , very respectful and reasonable. He Did exactly what we wanted and I will be hiring him again for future projects. I recommend him highly!!!"

"Our roof was a difficult roof. A Cape Cod with dormers. Tom is a perfectionist. He treated our roof as his own. He did a wonderful job. I would hire him in a minute to do anyother jobs that may come up."

"Joe and Jeanette completely remodeled 2 upstairs bathrooms, replaced carpeting with luxury vinyl planking for the entire 2nd floor (4 bedrooms), and painted the entire 2nd floor. Their workmanship is impeccable and they worked cleanly and quietly. Everything exceeded our expectations and at a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them for future renovations."

"LRL Designs drew the blueprint, designed my kitchen & 2 bathrooms and created a new entrance to my dining room, which created a much more open floor plan in my main floor. I love the way everything turned out and am very grateful for the professionalism and dedication from the designer. She was a pleasure to work with."

"Humberto is just GREAT, to do Business with. His son's are also kind, and Great Workers as well. We had cracking Sheetrock in the garage, and the garage floor needed to be re-cemented, as well as the outside of the garage. They all did a FANTASTIC JOB. Humberto, Marcos, and Jorge, are an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE, and their PROFESSIONALISM is off the charts. I would definitely use them again."

"I was once told by a master stair builder that if you want to evaluate a general contractors work, look in the dumpster at the job site for an excessive amount of used caulk tubes indicating that they are covering up mistakes. Recently we completed a very challenging project that required the excavation under our old seasonal home in conjunction with a significant 2-story addition. After interviewing three reputable and recommended contractors, we decided to work with Dave Nessel, owner of Unique Construction. Dave presented a clear concise estimate of the scope for the work proposed, the costs we should expect and a timeframe for completion; all proved to be very accurate. He and his team of true artisans obviously enjoyed their work. Laughter and music would usually overshadow the sound of the power tools that were working in synchrony. The exceptional fit and finish in a clean and neat environment were easily appreciated. Dave is truly a meticulous visionary. During the project, he was never shy about recommending esthetic modifications which deviated from the architects drawings. Whether these change orders originated from him or us, they were never with exorbitant fees, but were billed for time and materials used. The final result far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I would recommend Dave Nessel and Unique Construction without any reservation. Unique Construction….minimal caulk required"

"Bought a faucet at Lowe's. After looking at the connections for a pedestal sink, I decided to have this one professionally installed. It was a two hour procedure for a professional plumber. Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage. Contracting the way it should be."
