Travis came to my house with all the answers to my problems, friendly and easy to talk to. He did not pressure me and answered my calls after. Installation day started bright and early with Phil and Bee covering my furniture and floors where they were going to walk. Very courteous and professional. It took them 2 days to finish the most perfect and beautiful work i have seen done in a shower. Phil stayed after he was done to make sure i understood the new features of my shower and answer a few last questions. I 100% recommend this company for a shower remodeling. I am just sorry i did not do my sink at the same time. Guest bathroom will have to be next!!!! The icing on the cake is that i don’t ever need to clean between the tiles again as the entire wall is one piece and so is the floor ( anti slip is a bonus). extremely satisfied client here!!!!"

"The two gentleman arrived approximately an hour late from out of town (3 hr drive on a good day).
I verified with office staff and was informed they had to make extra stops to pick up additional supplies.
Once they were here they got started right away explaining what they were doing and what the materials installed were made of. They wore the proper safety gear for the job and cleaned up small bits of insulation before leaving.
We're happy with the results. Our home is now easily maintaining a 15 degree minimum temperature difference. We'll see how much more it will do, come summer and the triple digits. We were advised that our electricity bill would drop by 1/3.

The job took them 4 1/2 hrs to complete for 1800 sq ft of attic floor.

"It was a very large project and took 9 workdays in total to complete. Fernando Osorio (the crew foreman) was awesome as was the rest of his crew (Mark Willis, Barton Aleman, and Octavio Jacobo). They all worked very hard and most days were long hours. Fernando kept us informed about what time they’d be showing up as well as the plan for each day. Our house still isn’t completely level but it was extremely unlevel before their work and we feel like they got it as level as it could get. In the past, I have not been satisfied with most contractors who’ve done work for me but I’d definitely recommend Fernando and FSS to others."
