"We used Above & Beyond Construction to gut and remodel one full and one half bathroom in our 1960-built house. This was our first big home remodeling project and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Chester and his crew were easy to work and communicate with, kept us updated with timing and progress, and identified additional issues that needed to be addressed (aka some really nasty old corroded cast iron pipes and cracked joists in our basement) to prevent future catastrophes. If we hadn’t fixed them we know we’d have ended up having to rip out the beautiful new bathroom within 6 months due to the failure of the old plumbing! They take pride in their work and take care to protect the rest of the house from dust and dirt, completely clean up the work site at the end of every day, and we had no problem trusting any of them in the house when we couldn’t be home. There were no budget surprises, either; the estimate was right on target. When we get up the nerve to tackle the gut rehab of our old kitchen we will look no further than Above & Beyond Construction!"

"We had a great experience working with Top Bros construction and remodeling. They fully removed our tile and wood flooring and installed LVP that we had provided. They also installed new trim and baseboards throughout, which look great. They were timely and efficient. We are very happy with the outcome!"

"4Ever Remodeling did very high quality work. The final results were terrific. From their architect and design team ... to the project management ... to the execution by a very talented team of craftsmen, they built a new addition and Remodeling an adjacent room which is stunning."

"We contacted Jeff regarding our master bath remodel after reading excellent reviews on Angie's List and those reviews did not disappoint. We found Jeff to be very meticulous and responsive. He and his son, Max, did an excellent job and their workmanship exceeded our expectations. Jeff was very accommodating with any changes we asked for and they kept the work area very clean. We would definitely recommend Jeff and Max. We look forward to working with them on our next project."

"

After calling several drywall companies to look at repairing a very poorly done drywall and painting job in my brand new home, I went with High Quality Painting.  Salvador gave me a very fair price and his crew completed the job in a highly professional and workmanlike manner.  His workers are punctual, respectful, clean up after themselves, and take a lot of pride in their work.

I was very impressed with how Salvador approached the job as if it was his OWN home. In addition, he was extremely responsive to all of my requests. I highly recommend High Quality Painting for drywall, drywall repair, and painting.

At a time when it is very difficult to find companies who really care about their work, I highly recommend Salvador and High Quality Painting!  You cannot go wrong.

"Jerry remodeled my basement last year before I sold my house. Also painted living room and dining room and replaced light fixture. He and his partner were courteous, hard-working and neat. They did a great job. My house sold in 3 days-I think partly because of the good work Jerry did."

"I could not be more pleased with Kris' work. His attention to detail and craftmanship is superb. My bathroom was a complete gut job. He removed floor tile, redid the drywall, moved the toilet, replaced the sink and moved the electrical for the light. He also replaced the bathroom door and door leading to my garage, painting both. The floor tiles look beautiful, as does the trim that tops it. The new sink, mirror and light are lined up perfectly. The paint job is flawless. It took 4 days and each day when I got home from work I could not believe how clean the area near the bathroom was. The bathroom door was closed and you would have no idea that major work was being done. After he finished for good, my garage never looked cleaner! Kris has already been back to give me estimates on a full bath remodel and replacement of all doors on my second floor. He is very honest. I was not at home when he did the work and had no qualms about leaving him in my home alone."

"JK complete remodeling did a wonderful job on our basement! They were always on time, and working very hard to complete the job. They kept us updated on everything they were doing throughout the process. The work they did on our basement turned on amazing, from the painting, to the floors, everything looks perfect and professional. Thank you jk complete, we will be calling them for any future projects at our home."

"**This posting is regarding a job that is currently underway. We will follow-up with another post once the job has been completed, but we wanted to make others aware of the struggles we are experiencing before they select this contractor.** We selected G & G from 3 contractors for our kitchen remodel. The scope of work in the kitchen included cabinet refacing, a few cabinet modifications, a new countertop and backsplash tiling. We are also constructing a wine nook where a current built-in desk existed. Our main concern in this review is regarding the estimated timeline for the project. Frank estimated a week and a half, but planned for two weeks to be safe. While this was longer than the one week guaranteed by another contractor, we liked Frank and felt he would deliver a beautiful finished product. We are currently approaching the end of week five, and there are still many components that are unfinished. In fact, no work has been done in the last two and a half weeks. Frank assigned one employee to be the dedicated installer for the project. He worked the first 5 days. On the 6th day, he was reassigned to another ‘emergency’ project. He worked days 7-9. On day 10, he left for a 2-week vacation. Frank told us that he was sorry he misestimated the install timing, but the project would be on hold until the installer returned from vacation. While this was frustrating, it was a moot point since they ran out of materials. Frank said this never happens, yet they ran out of 3 different materials: the refacing panels, trim and quarter round. After discovering they were short on materials, they waited a week to place the order for additional materials. It has been 3 weeks since the new order was placed, and Frank is blaming the lead times of the manufacturer. The materials are estimated to arrive on September 29, and work is currently scheduled to restart on October 3. Our 2-week project has become an 8-week project. The tile order that was placed was also not estimated correctly. A second order was placed for the remaining tile, and the contractor had to come out an additional day for the installation. This will not impact the overall timeline of the project, but it is another example of poor project management. G & G’s standard contract calls for 100% payment before install. We highly recommend that if you select G & G, you modify the contract and reserve a portion of the payment to be paid at completion. The work that has been completed so far looks pretty good. We are disappointed with the quality of some of the work, but Frank has committed to a final walk-through to repair these issues. As stated, we will post an update once the job is complete. In the meantime, we hope that this information is useful if you are considering working with G & G on a remodel."

"Carlos and his team are timely, talented and very reasonable for all types of home improvement projects. They have remodeled my master bath, painted my entire first floor, installed vinyl flooring and grouted the hallway bath both floor/tub. Excellent work!"
