"The installation team showed up on time and were ready to work.
They did a great job with installation and cleanup.
However, the estimator was wrong on his estimate.
There were 2 layers on the old roof that had to be removed, additional charge an extra $2000 to remove it.
I contacted the company owner, after I received the bill, he told me he would investigate. He got back to me 2 weeks later with a boiler plate response, not what I was hoping for as a resolution to the $2000 up-charge.
I was going to have them estimate window replacements for my house, but now I will not.
Read the fine print and beware the estimate and contract are only an estimate, even with a signed contract the price increased.

"Absolutely amazing job. We’ll executed, excellent work; built solid and matches our home exactly. Tony was on-site everyday at 8am till 4-5pm; Plumbers did great work; Tony is a great guy to work with and offered options and suggestions throughout the duration of the project. The shower and trash can enclosure is beautiful inside and outside. Anyone looking for any home addition project SHOULD CONSIDER Tony and his Company. ?"

"We love our basement remodel. Peter, Alex and his team were here when they said theyâ d be here, completed the job as described, and kept us updated along the way. The basement now looks and feels clean and bright. The additional space doesnâ t feel like a basement at all and is enjoyed by the whole family. We highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"We wanted to put an addition on our home..We recently moved here full time and didn' t know who to hire....Then I remembered the great experiences we've had with Home Advisor. We absolutely are thrilled with the job that's being done..Scott, who originally signed us up and helped us create a design we loved.also takes his suit off and helps the men out when needed..Our forman is Rodney, who keeps everything in check, and is always available to answer my questions. And finally the fellas who are creating my dreamhouse are Derby and Doug. They both are detail oriented, making sure the job is perfect when they are finished. Everyone is hardwotrking, never cutting days short, even in the hottest weather. To sum it up...They provide a service that exceeds your expectation, in a timely manner for a very reasonable cost...What else could u ask for?"

"I hired paddy’s after the recent storm we had to repair some missing shingles. They were quick and a pleasure to work with. They also provided us with multiple quotes for additional projects I had been planning. Another great referral from home advisor."
