"Devin, the owner, had done remodeling for four of our neighbors all of whom were extremely pleased. When we bought a new house that needed significant work, we knew that we wanted to have Devin do the work. Because of our difficult seller, Devin's estimate was the only estimate we received. We knew that he was not cheap but that he would do quality work. He began work as soon as we closed on the house. Devin promised that we would be able to move in by six weeks. He and his contractors worked hard and long hours. At one point he had 25 workers there. And yes, we did move in at six weeks. When we did ask him to add work to the list, he was always fair. His professional judgment as a builder is excellent. He offered us many useful suggestions. Devin is a very nice guy and very easy to work with. rehab. We started this project on 1/11/16 with a 60 day deadline and they
finished the project in 54 days and stayed on budget. JKC's employees were
courteous and professional making them a pleasure to deal with. All of the
workers were very knowledgeable of their trades and did top quality work and
left the job site clean after each day. In the business of flipping homes, it

"Lux Renovations did an excellent job in remodeling my basement. David Guimares, together with Louis Villegas, did a very timely and professional job with installing an Owens Corning basement. They were very easy and courteous to work with and provided key input when needed for HVAC considerations. They worked well with coordinating electrical work and getting required town inspections done in a timely manner. In addition, David provided good suggestions to enhance our finished basement plans prior to starting the work, including how we may be able to reroute some plumbing to enhance our celling height. "I used Omar's General Contracting to remodel my shower. The shower was very dated and on the small side based on how it was built not the available space. OGC stripped the shower down to the studs, the shower framing was reconfigured to take advantage of the additional space, the plumbing was moved over to fit the new layout and a bench was added. OGC was very open to listening and talking with me about what I wanted to do. When I moved the location of the bench to the another side of the shower, they accommodated my change of mind. We discussed how that affected the final shower look and we went on from there. It's perfect! The single shower head was replaced by a shower head, a sliding shower head mounted on a bar and body sprays. The frameless glass just makes it so inviting. The tile and finishing work are beautiful! OGC also hung cabinets, replaced a two piece vanity with a three piece vanity and changed the towel bars etc. to match. This definitely ranks as one of my favorite outcomes in a remodeling project."
