They took the time to explain all the options within our budget and talk through each with us to make sure we were happy with the direction of the project each step of the way. His team is respectful and skilled, and there was constant communication regarding timeline, as well as arrival and departure times for each day of work. Attention to detail and a desire to make us happy were constantly present and I always felt like I was the only project they were working on; I would hire them again and recommend to my family and friends."

"Rebuilt or renovated most of my home. Replaced floors, painting, crown molding, siding, windows,refinished floors, put in tile, and even put in my garage door openers. He redid the shower and all of the bathroom. Everything he has done he has done with great expertise. He will help find solutions and help with designs. Showed him what I wanted that was a little complicated and came out beautiful. Been using him for years and always done extremely good job. Recommended him to others that had storm damage and they have nothing but good things to say. Nothing he cant do. Also very professional, can trust him in my house by himself. "100% recommend these guys. Aaron was very professional and provided fair pricing. Really appreciated that they were straight forward in their estimates and timing. We got our wallpaper removed and walls painted in one of our bedrooms. Wallpaper removal is super tedious and they did a phenomenal job. Even did a couple extra things without being asked, which we really liked! We were very happy with the quality of work, so much so, that we asked them to do another job for us - repairing our shed in the backyard. Once again, they delivered great work in a very timely manner. Will definitely plan on using this company again in the future for other home improvement jobs!"

"The Better Basement Company performed as promised and beyond. The staff I dealt with were extremely responsive, both during the design phase and the work phase. Ironically, the day they arrived to start my project, we found water in the basement and could not locate the source. Rather than walking away, the Better Basement Company assisted us in troubleshooting the problem. I have worked with other contractors on other projects I have done in my home, but by far the easiest and most pleasant company to deal with has been the Better Basement Company. The project was clearly explained to me, in connection with the detailed estimate provided. The workers who did the physical work were very courteous and accommodating to all my questions and minor changes. Because they only do basements, the Better Basement Company has a true expertise in the appropriate design and materials to use for this type of project and were able to work with my low ceiling to maximize my use of space. I can not recommend them highly enough."
