"I contracted Sawyers to extend my back patio slab and add a patio cover with shingles to match the roof of my house. The teams that came in were all hardworking and efficient. I put work quality down to only 4 stars because the crew doing the concrete left a lot of dirt/mud spots in yard as they chose to make dirt pile when digging out area for concrete slab where the probably should have just removed the excess dirt as the went. Also one on the slabs sections that was poured was slightly unleveled. it was good to see that the owner himself came out to discuss the whole project and provide the quote. The roofers were very nice and was able to provide me a last minute quote for some extra work I was wanting done and completed that work on the same day along with the main patio cover project."

"life throws u curveballs and when our floor started sagging, we knew we needed help. we contacted the company and within days we had an estimate. nathaneal brewer, the field inspector, came out and made sure we understood what all needed doing, and how to fix it. he took pictures of the damaged areas, and made it easy to understand, and how to finance it all. the work date was set, and the crew, that came in, foreman, jozef and his helpers miike and garrett were very polite and easy to work with, they let us know what was happening and why, got along with our animals and worked hard to help us in an efficient and fast way to get it done. the work was done in a way that did not interrupt our daily life and faster than expected. a few glitches were address immediately and we would recommend that crew and foundation recovery to anyone needing it. thanks you guys"

We had a total roof replacement including repairs to our old roof (uneven and weak decking, leaking around the chimney and in a valley and problems with ice dams and water stains as a result of those dams). Edwin addressed all these concerns by replacing bad decking, using specialized rubberized roofing underlayment, properly installing flashing along the chimney and adding adequate ventilation to our roof. The architectural shingles look amazing and have transformed the look of our house. Edwin was very professional and kept us informed of our timetable and progress. In addition, Edwin is a great communicator! He promptly responded to all our calls and texts. O’Franco Roofing is a small business and the work crew are all company employees invested in quality work and service – not sub-contractors like most of the large roofing companies use.
