In addition, a garden shed that had been built onto the back of my home was also demolished. Ivan was great to work with - very collaborative and responsive and has a good eye for esthetics. The work was exceptionally high quality. The team shows up early and works hard. It was also super-convenient that Ivan is licensed in carpentry as I didn't have to deal with custom window-boxes as a separate project. Last note is that as a single woman, it is important to me to feel comfortable with the people around my home. Ivan's team, including his wife who is often onsite, are so friendly and always respectful. They will be my go-to for all future projects."

"Elvis and his professional staff came to the property and gave their quote for the jobs that needed to be done. The quote was more than fair without any fudging involved-an honest wage for an honest days work. Elvis prepared a detailed estimate for what he was going to do and the materials needed to handle the job. There was no added % for the materials needed as some contractors tend to do. The job of building the garage including the demolition and dump hauls was completed in a respectable timely fashion and not only that but Elvis answered my calls immediately and answered any and all concerns with a professional attitude.
