He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

We did as much research as we could and then had Expo Home Improvement come out to discuss our home. The house is almost 20 years old and we had a broken window and some that were not functioning safely. I was absolutely blown away at how patient and educational this company was with us. This was not a high pressured sales call. They did not over sell us. They truly wanted us to have exactly what was needed for our home. We kept trying to find the angle or reason - one never produced itself. They truly were exactly as they presented themselves. We purchased 42 windows. They met every deadline, kept us informed of where we were in production and install was just as impressive. They cared. They truly cared about their craftsmanship and our home. Every employee we came in contact with had a take ownership attitude. We felt like we were their most important client and they were appreciative. I LOVE my windows. They have lived up to what they showed us in the initial presentation/discussion. They are high quality. They have blocked the Texas heat and zero drafts! Our energy bills reflect the windows!
