Also MCA had days when other jobs and needs delayed our progress.
So at our home, there were days when nothing happened, and balancing moments when one, two, or more craftsmen were on the job. 
Money-wise, the MCA cost estimate was 30% less than the highest competitor.
They were totally true to their financial contract, even when unexpected, added modifications were needed.
Were we to identify MCA's growing edge, it would be improved communication and more focus on continuity to begin and finish in a slightly more timely manner.
We know that is easier for us to ask than it is to fulfill in the challenging world of remodeling and staffing.
It really does take a village to coordinate and complete all of the various requirements -- material choices, teamwork, electrical, plumbing, tiling, and much more.
There are inconveniences, surprises, and a need for patience.
In the end was it all worth it, and would we highly recommend MCA?

"Plan Perfect remodeled my entire home, safely, on schedule, and on budget and I can recommend them without reservation. I interviewed 4 contractors and Bryce from Plan Perfect was the only one to provide design options and a rough cost during our first meeting. Following selection, he immediately provided a line item cost estimate, making the basis of the estimate, and what was and was not included, crystal clear. Bryce applied for the necessary permits the same day and the permits were received within 72 hours. Plan Perfect remodeled my kitchen, 2 baths, installed new floors throughout the house, and tiled my fireplace. Bryce was available and hands-on throughout the process and the project foreman (Leo) was an excellent craftsperson and problem-solver. The subcontractors (floor, tiling, and stone countertops) were also excellent. The entire team is also very knowledgeable regarding products and provide excellent guidance. "My Construction Group renovated our bathroom and kitchen. They gutted both rooms to the stud, flooring and ceiling included, helped with the new design and completed the full remodel. Abraham was very helpful with ideas and even sketching out certain features to demonstrate them. The projects were completed within the agreed upon timeline and budget and anything outside the budget was due to additional asks on our end. Abraham was very accommodating with the additional request. He coordinated the procurement of all materials outside the scope of the budget (cabinets, tiles, doors, etc) and pretty much took care of everything. He communicated often and clearly throughout both projects. Abraham and all workers were very professional and cleaned the project sites as well as other areas affected. They did an amazing job in both cases, our new bathroom and kitchen are beautiful, modern and stylish. I really cannot recommend them more strongly for any remodeling needs and I will be reaching out to them in the future for anything else we need in that area."
