"I have a beautiful master bathroom, thanks to Ruben Olivo, and the process was so smooth! Ruben does quality work, pays phenomenal attention to detail, and is a master of all trades: tile, plumbing, electrical, etc. Our remodel was completed on budget and according to schedule. It was relaxing to work with just one main person: no subs, no stress! You’ll notice Ruben’s professionalism and helpful, calm demeanor immediately and value his work ethic and enjoyable personality as he works at your home. We were nervous to select the right contractor for our first project and now we’re already saving to team up with him for another!"

"Jim is a great guy, and easy to work with. We contracted him for an extensive remodel and he was available and responsive throughout the process. He brought in a great crew to do the work and made sure that any issues that came up were dealt with."

"Rick and team put in an addition over our great room adding significant room to our home. The team was very respectful, tidy and responsive and the room looks great. During a year of Covid it wasn't easy having workers in a home with at home learning going on but they pulled it off nicely and with a minimum of disturbance. Looking forward to enjoying the space."

"I worked with the team at RCA for my kitchen remodel and total electrical overhaul. Every person in the company worked diligently over the course of a many months to get the job done beautifully. The office team always prompt, courteous and incredibly helpful. The onsite team worked tremendously hard and often went above and beyond to get the job done. The kitchen ended up exactly as I envisioned and am incredibly happy with it. The team that brought it too life: Office Staff: Kalin McCoy, Emilie Turchin, Terry Sr, Terry Turchin, Marco Cardenas, Monique Quam Field Staff: Fernando Garcia, Jaime Molina, Juan Molina, Luis Molina"

"Well, this was an early Christmas gift! Found Dylan through home advisors. He promptly called after we sought a handyman to replace our fireplace mantle. Itâ s harder than heck to find someone, anyone, to do small household projects, let alone someone so quickly. We exchanged photos of the old mantle and the new one. Dylan promised to stop by to finally estimate the project. Hereâ s the best part: Dylan, who makes for a very good first impression, offered to start the job right then and there, saying he could do the demo work and finish two days later. Hereâ s the even better part: He completed the demo and then mounted the new new mantle the same day. We were very happy with the care he took as he did the project, including adding an additional way to secure the mantle to the wall so not even one of our famous earthquakes could move it from its mountings. Really excellent work. We would definitely hire him again. Patrick"

"I hired them to do pest repair and paint the outside of my house as I was prepping for a sale. The quality of the work was excellent. I was informed at every step if something additional needed repair and given options. The paint job was superior. They let me know when the were coming, always showed up on time and didnâ t leave until the work was done. I highly recommend their company."

"Patrick Royal from Royal Premium Homes did an excellent job. My bathroom looks amazing. I could not be happier with it. He took the time to do the job correctly. Very trustworthy. I would hire him again."
