They were flexible given unexpected issues that came about with the basement. The water proofing was done first and they did a great job. "Mike and his crew are top notch. We started bathroom renovations April of this year and was completed in August. We have a 150 Victorian and did not know what kind of challenges Mike and his crew would come across. We completely renovated the two existing bathrooms and he was able to create a new third bathroom. We worked very closely together to make this a smooth renovation. Every step of the way, he kept in touch with us. We were just not contractor and client, but it was a true partnership. We will be working on another project with him next year, there is no other contractor I would even consider working with. He and his team are exceptional."
