"Mahati came to our house to redo our shower, put down flooring, install a new toilet and set a vanity. He was punctual every day and the first day he set up coverings on our floor. Every day he cleaned up all his tools and materials. Mahati’s work is excellent and asked us if he needed to know how we wanted something to look. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom and will recommend this company to anyone looking to have their bathroom remodeled. We are giving Renken Remodeling a well deserved 5 star rating."

"Lux Renovations did an excellent job in remodeling my basement. David Guimares, together with Louis Villegas, did a very timely and professional job with installing an Owens Corning basement. They were very easy and courteous to work with and provided key input when needed for HVAC considerations. They worked well with coordinating electrical work and getting required town inspections done in a timely manner. In addition, David provided good suggestions to enhance our finished basement plans prior to starting the work, including how we may be able to reroute some plumbing to enhance our celling height. My wife and I (and are neighbors) are very pleased with the outcome of our finished basement and recommend Lux for remodeling a basement."

"Phenomenal job. Showed up everyday and worked. I know that sounds like a given, but in this day-in-age I appreciate the dedication. Dave and workers were professional, courteous, and personable. Comms were delayed at times; however, I used to work construction and can appreciate the work load. We are hiring them for a larger remodel."

"Provider supplied all parts and labor and had everything with them. First things first, I felt they were extremely quick and everything was done perfectly! I am so pleased.
My garage only had 2 lights so they installed 2 additional lights where I suggested.
Also, the garage did not have any outlets on one side toward the garage entrance so they installed a brand new outlet on its own circuit. In addition, they installed another outlet on the complete opposite side of the garage in a really hard to get to spot for my chest freezer. This outlet was also on its own circuit as suggested by the contractor. They also labeled the new circuits in the circuit box.
In the kitchen, my current over the range microwave was hardwired when I purchased the house. I could see the wires taped together in the cabinet above. I am replacing the microwave and need an outlet to plugin to. The contractor installed a new outlet using the existing wiring. And.. they didn't want me to be without a microwave so they scoured their truck for a plug and found one! They installed the plug on the existing outlet and it works perfectly. They even re-set the microwave clock.
I felt the price was a little high but it's not like I could've done the work myself. This 2 person team got the job done insanely quickly and did phenomenal work so I am very pleased overall."

"Ray listened carefully to what I wanted done and made good suggestions. Work was done efficiently and his team answered any questions I had as the job progressed. I am so pleased with the finished project and will definitely to using them again."

"We recently completed a full kitchen remodel with PI Kitchen and Bath in Leesburg and are extremely happy with the result. Our old kitchen had a layout that just wasn?t working for us anymore, so we wanted to update the look but also make the space much more functional. The design process was very helpful, especially when it came to choosing cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring and all the smaller details that can become overwhelming very quickly. Once construction started, communication was consistent and we always knew what was happening next. The transformation is incredible. We have more storage, better use of the space, and the kitchen finally feels like it belongs with the rest of our home. We would definitely recommend the Leesburg team."

"Craig and his team were awesome. They remodeled our bathroom for less than half of what we were quoted by the other companies. They did a great job and they were very efficient and fast to get the work done. I can't say enough about the guys at RCH Construction. My family and I are very grateful. Recommend 100%"

"I had some siding and shingles that needed to be repaired on my house. Brandle and his team was in constant communication with me through out the whole process. They showed up when they said they would they completed the work in record time. I would highly recommend them for any work needed and will be a repeat customer for sure."

"Long Baths is simply great. They installed the shower of my dream that through no fault of their own succumbed to a manufactures defect. Chris Reynard and Long Baths worked fast and replaced my shower covered by my warranty at no additional charge. I am thankful to know I worked with a company that stood by their work and lifetime warranty."

"The entire process was much smoother than what Iâ ve had to deal with in the past with other companies. Premier HomePros was professional, on time when they showed up at my house and they were enjoyable to interact with in general. I will definitely be having them work on my downstairs shower remodel next!"
