We decided to undertake a major (to us) update/renovation of our entire first floor flooring, including removing a dated looking "elevated" living room area. We were excited to review and discuss the project with Doug as he took the time to hear our vision, take pictures and measurements. We felt the estimate was very fair and immediately hired them for the job. The entire process went very smooth and thorough. DBC has a broad selection of talent and we felt that each friendly face that showed up truly contributed to the project. DBC made sure to address every concern and made sure that we were satisfied with every phase. The project turned out great and we love our new look space! We realize that our project scope is fairly minor compared to some, but we certainly felt that our project was just as important to DBC as a large renovation, Highly recommend them for all your needs! "Paul already had work committed and he told me that upfront. I needed my work done before the winter and it worked out well. He came about a week after I picked him so he would see what the work involved and emailed me an estimate. He was able to start the work a week later and got it done in 2 days. Thankfully it didn't rain those 2 days as the work was outside. I plan to have him do additional inside work next spring and mentioned that to him."

It takes a special construction company to not only provide quality work but to keep in contact with the clients and recognize that timeliness, clean-up, conversation, and comprehension are all a very important part of the package. I am extremely happy with MST contracting and having been a 'do-it-yourselfer' for the past 40 years I am very particular in whom I hire for projects and their knowledge of it. The MST contractors are respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and show the customers that their schedule is also important with getting the job done. There were no surprises with the estimate, the pricing is reasonable, and the workmanship is exemplary! In addition I believe MST CONTRACTORS care about their relationship with the client! There are some general contractors that are vague, or rude, or don't care if the client is waiting an extra 3 or 4 hours for them to show up for work, or those who charge extra for delivery of materials, or even estimates --this company does not "do" those things that customers find annoying. "BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! The project included an exterior ramp, 1st fl laundry & 1/2 bath near the kitchen. I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. The ramp is very sturdy. The senior is using it with great confidence. The interior revamp went very well & was just what our senior needed. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it! Dave not only knows the construction business but goes above & beyond what's needed and he has a good heart."
