All of this paid-off in the execution of a gorgeous project for a very large (~2000 sq ft) basement, complete with full apartment, full bath, kitchen, workout room, storage room and two living areas. While it took a little longer (5 vs. 4 months), it was actually due to modifications that I requested mid-construction. Bob and Jason were both gracious, and talked me through cost and timeline implications each time. In these cases, as long as you're willing to work within their good counsel, you'll see great results. Of course, the best situation is to finalize your plans up front and avoid modifications if at all possible. One piece of advice: pick out your colors for walls, carpet, counter tops as early as possible. They need these quickly, once the project begins. So have these all picked out. Bob and Jason are direct and straight-forward in their approach with clients. They work well with clients who appreciate that kind of wise, expert counsel. They won't steer the project wrong. They'll also answer questions along the way. They are incredibly responsive on text, email and phone calls. This was incredibly meaningful and helpful, as questions naturally arise. We actually feel like these guys are a part of our extended family - we trust them and they delivered great results in great way. We have a great basement that we continue to enjoy today.
