Various factors affected that timeline such as the pandemic, staff and product availability. There were also some additional costs not captured in the estimate, however this is not entirely unusual in renovation projects. Overall, they were professional and maintained regular communication about the project status and made sure we were happy with how things turned out."

So they both, did a concrete extension and then they put up the overhead enclosure with a ceiling fan. So anyway we were really pleased, very good customer service, very good attentiveness with a good pricing, I felt very good about the whole thing."

"Several months ago, I noticed that doors in my house were no longer closing and latching. Specifically, my front door no longer locked completely. Once I got it fully locked I could no longer open my front door anymore, so I knew I had foundation issues. I called Bay Area Underpinning to come look at my foundation and do some measurements. We discovered that my front living room was sinking approximately one and a half to 2 inches. The crew, Lance Sladek, Jake Hall, and Eddie Shaw, crawled under my house and dug 30 to 40 foot holes in the ground to install piers that would lift my foundation. These gentlemen worked in very cramped dirty conditions in 90-100° weather. I was extremely happy with their work and their dedication to doing the job correctly. My after the foundation lift, my front door as well as several other doors in my home were able to close and latch again."
