He was willing to negotiate his labor cost upfront and never tried to add additional labor cost even thought the project took a little longer than expected due circumstances beyond his control. He asked for half of the cost upfront and the other half only after the project was completed, inspected by me, and any issues resolved. "Master bath remodel turned out well! Jeff and his guys are easy to work with and very responsive. Jeff is also very good at offering alternatives when things don't go quite as planned (sourcing fixtures, working around secrets hidden in walls, etc) and suggestions when you need some guidance in making a decision. Also, he and his guys are good with communication via text/phone. No one had to be home for much of the process and I had no reservations about leaving the key for whomever was scheduled to work. The work space was tidied up at the end of every day so I didn't have step over 'construction mess' everywhere. I plan to use them again for the kitchen remodel."
