"Excellent. From pre-project pricing to post-project clean-up, all I can say is "Very Well Done". It's been a pleasure walking thru the neighborhood and hearing unit owners express how happy they are with the type, style and color shingles. The overwhelming comment has been, "They were all so nice!". Other comments included, "They kept up informed of everything, before during and after the job", "They work so quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up afterwards, too"."

"We opted for addition remodeling with Top Remodeling, and it's like we have a brand new home. The project was smooth, and Dan's guidance was invaluable."

"Devin was recommended to us by friends. Their remodel looked great and they said he had finished on time and on budget. To skip to the end he did the same for us. We liked Devin from the start, he has a very easy-going demeanor. He recommended a architectural designer (Steve Backus) when our first one didn't work out. Devin worked well with both of them. He really thought about how he would build what they were designing, so that once the plans were ready it all went smoothly. From ground breaking to delivery took less than the 6 months Devin promised. That's a fast pace so be prepared to make a lot of decisions in a short amount of time. We moved out so that Devin could have the run of the house and that was definitely the right decision for us. It let him go faster, and having our kids live in a destruction/construction zone would not have been good. We are thrilled with the result. Devin has an eye for the finishing details that make it all look top notch. Devin was attentive to the punch list and to the few issues that have come up since. We highly recommend him."

"Very satisfied with the basement remodel. Very professional from beginning to end. Its been 2 years and still loving it."

"Gary and his team did a great job replacing the long stairway and steps to my rooftop deck. Everything from the estimate through completion of the project was professionally handled. The end result looks great. Highly recommend them."

"After install service is great. Thanks Tim White for replacing a small section of moldy grout!"

"Me remodeló los baños y quedó excelente lo recomiendo a Omar remodeling LLC."

"I've worked with Dave now for several years on projects of less than $1000 and projects up to $100,000. No matter the cost, the same attention to detail is given. I find Dave to be honest, fair, trustworthy, and very hard working. Most recently, D&R Improvements repaired significant structural issues, installed new windows and Hardy siding. It was a large, daunting project, but throughout the process I had confidence in Dave and Wayne's abilities to restore the home to a condition I can be proud of. I strongly recommend them for any renovation, addition, or repair."

"John and his helper were efficient, professional, and prompt. The issue was quickly assess, and the job to replace/install external faucets were completed in about 12 minutes. John explained the cautions about the new rubber turning wheel and rust proof devices, to include winter draining procedures. The price to do the work was fair. I am pleased."

"How did it go? It was perfect. Any time QL agrees to a job, it's going to be A+ every time. I have used Mr. Lemus' company, Quality Landscape, on several different landscaping jobs. He was fair, thorough, prompt, courteous and does great work."
