He explained what exactly needed to be done, was always on time and very fair in his quotes/pricing. There will always be unforeseen issues during a job and this project was no different. Over the w/e there was a leak due to old plumbing, Nick was there within minutes and help stop the leaking before any serious damage was done. He coordinated with his plumber quickly to resolve the issue. I definitely plan to use him on future projects and highly recommend him."

"Sina and his team at BAS construction are top notch. From the initial meeting Sina had a ton of creative ideas that helped us build the vision we wanted for our house. We used them for our master bathroom, laundry room relocation and mudroom remodel. They handled everything to do with the permits which was extremely convenient for us but also if we ran into any issues they always were right there with solutions and suggestions. Remodeling is expensive, there really is no two ways about that, but we had limited surprises that came up and Sina was always very transparent about everything with us. "We partnered with Wilber’s for external painting and repair. This included replacing wood with composite where necessary and removal of wood shutters and replacement with polypropylene ones. What distinguished this company from others was the following: Danny S. was the estimator and initially met with my husband. Just prior to the start of the project, Danny returned with the foreman Olger A. He went through the project again with us and talked to Olger about job specifics. Olger is an amazing foreman, on time, efficient, skilled, detailed and an excellent project manager. Danny returned mid project to discuss the work with us and review a repair with Olger. They also did extra work for us not covered with the additional estimate which was handled very efficiently. Additionally, they did some picky repairs, such as reattaching a leader to the house, which was appreciated. The result was a beautiful house with great curb appeal – the result of good teamwork. "All we can say is WOW! Puglisi did an incredible job on our gut-renovated kitchen, power room and mudroom addition. The amount of detail and care in making sure every inch was perfect was honestly very impressive and refreshing. You hear so many horror stories about contractors, but Daniele and Cristina were the complete opposite. They truly cared about the project, our family and the disruption that it caused while living through a Reno of this size (with a toddler and two animals, none the less). They were extremely punctual, honest, quick to respond to questions and just generally a joy to work with. They're excellent at what they do and are really good people as well, which is very rare. And, their crew was top notch. Master tile workers, carpenters, structural and framing experts, etc. They also understood how to retain the integrity of an old house. I can keep going here. LOL. We will definitely be calling them back for all of our home renovations in the future, and encourage anyone who's reading this to get on their schedule ASAP!"
