He made adjustments for materials he didn’t use and for things that he didn’t do. Tim kept us informed as to when members of his team would be showing up and the work they would be doing in advance so that we could plan accordingly. He outlined the process from start to finish in a way I could understand and every step was executed just right! The roof looks great! It was a 1 1/2 day job for his team. Clean-up went very well. ~2900 ft2 under roof with high pitches, complete tear off, $12,500. I would definitely hire Kevin again, and we already have 3 small remodel projects to get started this week. A+ all the way!"
