This project included the removal of all the old shingles; replacement of several sheets of plywood; the installation of: ice and water shields, sidewall flashing, chimney flashing, & ridge vent; and then the installation of: GAF underlayment, new GAF architectural shingles, and gutter guards. "First Class did a great job finishing out our kitchen remodel. There were a number of items left unfinished by another contractor that had to be addressed. There was a custom tile installation that was done beneath a bar that looks out incredible. In addition there was installation of wire-mold under cabinet outlets, trim work, tile backsplash repair, spackle and painting. First Class showed up on time, performed high quality work, cleaned up after every visit and worked within a reasonable budget."

The shelving brackets were placed with skill and experience achieved over time. The townships onsite inspections always went well and we ultimately passed final inspection without issue. -Peaches was an outstanding designer/project coordinator who oversaw every step of our remodeling process, including working closely with me to review and tweak the project plan/contract; the demolition plan, the materials list, the final drawing set, the structural plan, giving in stream timeline updates, liaising with our tile/countertop supplier, Anderson Door supplier and stucco contractor. - Subcontractors are thoroughly vetted by dRemodeling and with constant oversight by the onsite project lead. - They double check and confirm the measurements for any 3rd party materials, such as the Anderson Door. - They were willing to work with us on jobs that were outside of their scope and the completed result was very well done. - Any issues were immediately and expertly resolved. Peaches and Tudor were able to improvise with various solutions discussed allowing us options to fit within our budget. - Additional cost relating to materials or miscellaneous (as noted in the contract) were discussed in advance and agreed to prior to posting an invoice. - They offer competitive pricing. - There are detailed documents for every step in the process which ensure no guessing games for the customer. -The team does a great job of always making the homeowner feel comfortable whether you are home or away. -dRemodeling stand by their work.
