"Of several contractors we contacted, Joseluis of Guys Unlimited 4 Rent was the only one interested in our job. A smallish kitchen remodel, Joseluis took our project seriously, he always arrived when he said he would and always answered the phone. The price for the job was very reasonable; his sub-contractors were competent and respectful, and the work was of good quality and completed expeditiously. We highly recommend Joseluis Camejo and Guys Unlimited 4 Rent (don't let the name confuse you) for home remodeling work."

"Emrah and his team were very involved in making sure my bathroom tile project had the best possible outcome. He suggested the best type/size of tile, grout color, edging etc. that would create the best look. He took his time and was very detail oriented. He did not take shortcuts or worry about the amount of time he had to spend on the project to make sure it was right. He was willing to negotiate his labor cost upfront and never tried to add additional labor cost even thought the project took a little longer than expected due circumstances beyond his control. He asked for half of the cost upfront and the other half only after the project was completed, inspected by me, and any issues resolved. I have other projects at the house in mind and plan to hire Emrah in the near future."

"Master bath remodel turned out well! Jeff and his guys are easy to work with and very responsive. Jeff is also very good at offering alternatives when things don't go quite as planned (sourcing fixtures, working around secrets hidden in walls, etc) and suggestions when you need some guidance in making a decision. Also, he and his guys are good with communication via text/phone. No one had to be home for much of the process and I had no reservations about leaving the key for whomever was scheduled to work. The work space was tidied up at the end of every day so I didn't have step over 'construction mess' everywhere. I plan to use them again for the kitchen remodel."

"Hired Hotchkiss Construction to remove concrete side patio area and replace with wooden deck for my Mother's home in San Antonio. They were also able to retain, after some adjustments/repairs, an existing patio cover. Brian and his workers were very responsive and accommodating. Living in Houston, I depended upon them to communicate well with my Mother in my absence. A definite 5++ for keeping me and my Mother well informed. I highly recommend Brian and the men he brings to the job."

"I would like to share a very positive experience with my hall bathroom remodel. As a repeat customer of D. Michael Designs, I knew he did excellent work. The bathroom had one slight modification (wainscoting) about 20 years ago and was otherwise as it was built in 1983. I had an idea of what I wanted but knew I would need to rely on David's designer input. We knew the foundation of color-scheme desired and proceeded from there. Upon David's visit the next day, he brought tile samples and more for us to look at. His selections were completely in-line with what I envisioned. We selected the materials and then discussed design. He brought viable, exciting ideas to the table, and we quickly agreed to the direction we wanted to go. The results are nothing short of fabulous. I find myself going in, turning on the light (and silent fan) and just embracing the beautiful bathroom created. I look forward to the next phase of our remodel and am confident it will be just as impressive."

"I have always wanted an enclosed patio for my backyard but I decided to do a catio instead. I wanted to have a place for me to relax and have an area where my cats could play without having to worry about the heat. I contacted Integrated Outdoor Designs when I saw the amazing custom builds they had on their website. Kyle was very helpful in coming up with a design that would work for me and my budget. He took the time to understand what I wanted and came up with a design that exceeded my expectations. When my catio got started I was contacted by Kent who would be the project manager. Between him and Kyle, all of the details where taken care of. The two main contractors that did the majority of the build were Mike and James. I can't say enough good things about their work. They were friendly, courteous, and one could definitely see the years of experience they had. The people at Integrated Outdoor Designs are not only experts at constructing one of a kind outdoor builds, but they take care of everything for you...from permits to setting up appointments with contractors to getting materials. They also did a fabulous job in cleaning after themselves when they were done. I now have the perfect, bright, and cozy place to relax and enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about the heat. My cats are also having a great time exploring the new addition and climbing on the cat shelves that were customed built just for them. I would highly recommend Integrated Outdoor Designs to anyone looking for a high quality, custom build whether you want a patio, sunroom, or even your very own catio."

"Our firm is expanding and we built 6 new offices as well as remodel;l;ing the breakroom, kitchen and restrooms. John, Hector and his crew were very easy to work with even though we put them through some very tight deadlines. I am very pleased with the final product and would recommend highly Robinson Construction."
