"The entire experience was good. Rob Carroll kept in touch about scheduling a visit to provide an estimate, and later, about when work could be performed. He gave his honest opinion about whether a few items on my list needed repair. The workmen were professional, friendly and again, kept me informed about the progress. When I asked about a loose lock on an exterior door, they offered to pick up a new lock set and install it for me. The bill came in under budget. Thoughtful and much appreciated service! I will contact them for help on any future home repair needs."

"I was very happy with the workmanship and Bret is easy to work with. I’ve used him since the big remodel to do some repair work to sell a house and would use him again."

"Has not started yet. Seems like it is going to be good. Really nice person that came to the house"

"Hamilton is truly outstanding. Knows his stuff and a really nice guy. Came same day as called to diagnose and quote. Came by to fix doors the next day, which took him less than an hour. Super reasonable price. Would hire him again in a heartbeat."

"I don’t usually write reviews but I felt it necessary this time. Calahan Construction has come through in the clutch for the second time with my A/C repair. (2 different houses) From here on out Calahan Construction will be my FIRST call. I tried to give opportunities to friends of friends and gotten burned both times. Each time Mr. Calahan has come through to clean up their mess! In both situations previous repair companies offereoptions of new units or extremely high price repairs. Mr. Calahan provided me with pictures and a detailed explanation of my problem and did repairs at a fraction of the cost! Extremely professional and efficient service! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in the DFW that need a/c work completed!"

"I would use them again. He's been doing stuff for me for the past few years."

"Did a great job! Solid new gate w/ new hardware. All done in a few hours, very satisfied!"
