"My journey began when I met Mario from Be Home Remodeling. I started with just one bathroom remodel, and I was immediately impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and high-quality craftsmanship he and his team delivered. The communication throughout the project was clear and consistent, and they made sure every step met my expectations. Since then, I?ve trusted Be Home Remodeling with additional projects and have always been more than satisfied with the results. Highly recommend Mario and his team to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality construction work"

"Friendly professional team that I will invite back help me deep clean the parts of my condo that are hard for me."

"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. I highly recommend DM Building, and would be happy to discuss their work further with anyone who is looking for a custom home builder or looking to embark on a large remodel project. "Excellent! Appointment was on time, and friendly and professional service. I had a jammed garbage disposal that was quickly determined to be from a soda can tab. Additionally, I had two wall sconces hung. I am very pleased with the work that was done."

"Sergio is very talented and helpful in regards to giving you advise on what would look better for your home. Even though I selected flooring, (because of the limited options) The company remodeled our entire home from floors, countertops and bathrooms. I would definitely recommend them; remodeling is expensive and you want a company that is reliable and that you know will do a great job, and this one has all of the above."

"We had a number of repair and upgrade projects to do in our house and started searching for a contractor in March. We received bids from three different companies, but none of them followed through with a contract. Finally, in July, we received a recommendation for Remodels and Repairs On Demand and they turned out to be outstanding. Charles provided a detailed bid and was very flexible when we requested a couple of changes, even after the work had started. They stayed on schedule and kept us informed with each step of the process. Charles and his team from Repairs and Remodels On Demand were honest, polite, punctual, very well organized, easy to work with and finished the job on time. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend this company to others."

"We recently remodeled our master bath, and we chose King Remodeling for our prime contractor. We never regretted the choice. At the beginning, King gave us a proposal that demonstrated they clearly understood what the job was in detail. The scope for the project was clearly defined, and the costs were very reasonable. We had five estimates for the job, and King's was the best. However, in any remodel, getting a good initial quote is probably the easy part. The hard part is how well the contractor performs, how he handles changes, and what happens when problems arise (and problems will always arise). I've done a lot of subcontracting over the years, and very often by the end of the project the customer and the contractor can't wait to be rid of each other and probably aren't even talking to each other anymore. Not so with King. King Remodeling handled all of the remodel issues spectacularly. Their team consists of a number of high quality professionals who can do the full range of tasks necessary to complete a typical remodeling project (tiling, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, granite work, carpentry, etc, etc). Almost every single day, someone was there doing something, and their project manager (Corey) was totally on top of things. He would often answer my emails within 10 minutes of my sending them (even at 11:00 at night). I also liked how they didn't "nickel-and-dime" me on small things not in the original quote. When a window latch broke, there was no attempt to shift blame. They ordered a new part and replaced it without discussion. Same thing when a tile cracked. They ordered a replacement part (drove up to L.A. to pick it up) and replaced it without discussion. I would definitely use King Remodeling again on my next project."

"Fausto and his team were absolutely flawless in remodeling my bathroom and the remainder of the work to be done downstairs in my home.He made me feel comfortable with the timeline and remodel options as well as flexibility with all the changes and the additions by the owner. His crew was always on time, always cleaned up at the end of day, and openly communicated throughout various steps of the project. When it comes to bathroom remodeling as well as remodeling overall. You can put your trust in Fausto and his crew. They are clearly take pride in their work and are the gold standard of their field!! Lastly but Nonetheless amazing Fausto Masonry took a chance and finish my kitchen from another contractor. I would recommend him highly for any type of construction remodeling etc. etc."

"I am thrilled with my newly remodeled bathroom! The team was prompt, courteous, and incredibly skilled. They took the time to understand my vision, suggesting upgrades that improved both function and aesthetics. The work was done on time and with minimal disruption to my daily life. The final result is better than I imagined â a gorgeous, modern bathroom that feels like a luxury retreat. I highly recommend this remodeling service to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service."

"This company is absolutely the greatest!!! We worked on two projects with them. The room addition about 2 years ago came out flawless and the process went smoothly; plans were correct the first time; all inspections were passed; the project was on time. The second time, we remodeled our kitchen: replaced cabinets (custom), new countertops (white marble - very trendy), paint, and flooring. I suggest everyone who is thinking to undergo remodeling or construction to consider Precision first. They would not disappoint!!! Utmost professionalism and the best customer service."
