"The technician showed up during the appointment window. He was polite and professional. He has cleaned the unit and tested and inspected. He has charged additional $20 for adding a little bit of sand. I thought there was something special about the sand and that is the reason I have agreed to it. He said I would receive an email receipt for the $20 but have not. The appointment was on Friday so they may have a delay in their process. I thought it was an expensive service for the work that was done."

"When I decided to remodel, I looked at about 50 companies. My list came from Yelp, Angi, Yellow Pages, and Google. I narrowed it down to five and scheduled them for interview. I was looking for a remodeler who would give everything to me straight. No lies, no BS. I wanted someone large enough to have a designer and a manager assigned to my job who could keep things moving without making excuses. CHI Renovation did exactly what I was looking for. I can attest that the people they assigned to my job were outstanding. Tops on the list are Designer Julie Hermanson and Project Manager Gene Leonard. Julie did an amazing job of settling our nerves while helping us with the design of our kitchen. And Gene was here for us at every step in the project. He dealt with the suppliers and held the workers feet to the fire. Each time we called him during the project he answered his call on the first ring. Really dedicated. I knew in advance that there are supply chain issues. I heard about homeowners getting caught in a mess and getting stuck in half done kitchen for months. CHI said they would not begin work until their project manager personally viewed each part. This is exactly what happened. (I received no compensation for this review.)"
