"We contracted Trivic Remodelers for a kitchen rebuild project when we lived in Chicago. The project went great, even better than expected. Seven years later when we moved to the Northern Suburbs, we contracted them for a complete rebuild of the outside of our home (roof, new brick exterior, deck, and new portico over the front door). This was a major project with six different crews. Each crew was excellent craftsmen in their specialty and truly nice people. I can't emphasis enough how important it is to have people working the job who are both talented and a pleasure to interact with on these long projects. Ned, the contractor, is beyond excellent. In addition to finding excellent people, he offers great options, keeps us informed, and stays actively involved during the project (helping people do their best)."

"Exceeded expectations.This was a remodel of a finished basement that included demo and update of bathroom, replacement of drop ceiling, removal of old flooring and installation of new, reconstruction of a wall, drywall repair, painting, and construction of a bar. Simply terrific. Samanco was the lowest bid we took. The design was the best of the designs we reviewed. Tomas and Mirek worked Mon-Sat from 7-4 weekdays, 7-12 Saturday. There were no delays, no disappearances. The attention to detail was mind-blowing. Tomas and Mirek were very respectful, like good houseguests, and sensitive about COVID and distancing. Dan is a pure delight to work with and talk to. Strange to say, but we sort of miss having them around. We are so pleased we found them, so delighted with the work. We've already asked for an estimate to update our kitchen. Highest recommendation."

"We'd been talking about putting a roof desk on our four storey townhouse for 10 years but were always put off by the complicated process to do it legally and fully permitted. Rob stepped in and took over the whole project from the structural engineer sign-off to the city building permit, and all the inspections. And on top of that, he built an amazing deck for us that fit exactly into our situation. After 10 years of talk, we had a completed, gorgeous deck in about two and a half months, ready for the first day of Spring. "Bob was super responsive in meeting with us and helping design the garage. They will make custom garages. We wanted a room built into our garage to shelter some feral cats we take care of, and they were willing to do that. They also installed a cat door that we purchased. They build good garages. Our old garage was falling apart, as are many others in the neighborhood. We wanted a garage that would last. All of the crew were highly-skilled and tremendously courteous. The quality of work at every stage was excellent: preparation of site, concrete pour, framing, roof, finishing/gutters. They took extra care to do things right. The job did take longer than expected. Part of that was due to issues with the site (excessive mud under the old garage that had to dry out and additional site preparation) but it seems the COVID pandemic generated a lot of home projects - we were in a work queue. Demolition started mid-September and garage was completed early January. (Our furnace guy had a similar situation with a different garage builder, so it wasn't just this company. We learned to be Zen about the timeline - it was less stressful that way.) In the end, we have a beautiful garage that should last for years. Very pleased."

The workmanship is stellar and I am very pleased with the final product. They were responsive to my requests for little things to be changed - like the lights were installed upside down from what I wanted or the toilet paper holder needed to be moved. Angelo was friendly and I felt that he was taking care of my house & me like a father. Rose in the office answered every email and question in a timely manner. She's also followed up when I had an issue with my new dishwasher."
