"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! We had two other bathrooms done by another contractor that we were not pleased with, so we asked around for stellar references and Jon Dyers name came up a few times. He gave us quotes and talked about the process thoroughly. From there it feels like before I blinked the bathrooms were done! Pricing was extremely fair and the work was impeccable! We have renovated a few homes so we are VERY picky and notice everything! I literally couldnâ t find any errors. So now we hope to have Jon and his team redo our other bathrooms and help us with a few other projects! The team was very polite professional and super super clean and kept in schedule ! "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
