"Larry was great to work with on all aspects of my remodel. He is very knowledgeable and was able to come up with solutions to the task at hand that looks great in my house. I would recommend Lar Con to anyone and will continue to hire for any upcoming jobs I might have."

"Moran Vered and his team worked quickly, and were flexible with their work schedule. We had family staying with us for Thanksgiving, and asked that the inside portion of our project not begin until after they left. Moran was happy to work around this. Along the way, they would ask us if we'd like to include certain options, and informed us of the price difference. They also pointed out where our old double door had been leaking, causing damage. They were able to diagnose the extent of the damage, and then make the necessary repairs within a matter of hours. This was an additional $3k unexpected cost, but fortunately we had planned a little room in our budget for this type of thing. Overall we are very pleased with the finished product, and enjoyed working with Vered Renovations. We will gladly hire them again for future renovation projects."

"Creative Basements is a family-owned and run business with a knack for design and solid execution. From the start, we were careful in our selection process. This was a major investment on our part (>$85k on a >$400k home), so we gathered 5 different quotes from reputable companies with similar service and focus. While price was a factor, it was not the most important criteria. We rated quality of workmanship and executional ease the highest. I have a professional career here in Atlanta and no time or margin for construction headaches. Creative Basements won my contract, even though they were not the cheapest game in town. One difference is that team at Creative Basements has a well-vetted, loyal, high-quality contractor network that they use for every job. They will work for Creative Basements at the drop of a hat because Bob and team pay them a fair wage, on a tight draw schedule that ensures they get paid. We saw this first-hand throughout construction and noticed the great relationship Bob and Jason have with everyone on their team. This is important to me as I want to ensure that I'm partnered with someone who values results and relationships - and treats their skilled workers and partners fairly. Another key difference is their solid execution plan. They present a floor plan ahead of the project, and a full draw schedule, so that you only pay for work as it's completed (minus a very small, initial deposit as earnest funds). This is huge for peace of mind. Let me say that again - you only pay for work as it's completed. This means that you can have 100% confidence that your project is meeting your goals along the way, without feeling a huge financial pressure. Now, since that's the benefit, you need to ensure that you're ready to pay each draw quickly (within a day or two), out of respect for the workers that have completed the work. That's part of the magic here and what makes the whole deal go so smoothly. All of this paid-off in the execution of a gorgeous project for a very large (~2000 sq ft) basement, complete with full apartment, full bath, kitchen, workout room, storage room and two living areas. While it took a little longer (5 vs. 4 months), it was actually due to modifications that I requested mid-construction. Bob and Jason were both gracious, and talked me through cost and timeline implications each time. In these cases, as long as you're willing to work within their good counsel, you'll see great results. Of course, the best situation is to finalize your plans up front and avoid modifications if at all possible. One piece of advice: pick out your colors for walls, carpet, counter tops as early as possible. They need these quickly, once the project begins. So have these all picked out. Bob and Jason are direct and straight-forward in their approach with clients. They work well with clients who appreciate that kind of wise, expert counsel. They won't steer the project wrong. They'll also answer questions along the way. They are incredibly responsive on text, email and phone calls. This was incredibly meaningful and helpful, as questions naturally arise. We actually feel like these guys are a part of our extended family - we trust them and they delivered great results in great way. We have a great basement that we continue to enjoy today. We're often referring friends to Bob. Give these guys a chance to earn your business. I guarantee that you won't regret it."

"This was a large project. Master bedroom and bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel and laundry room and1/2bath remodel. Mr Ingram was very helpful with various design suggestions. He walked me through the process outlining each step and the related costs. He and his crew were very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Their craftsmanship is exquisite!! I would definitely recommend RLIngram for any future projects."

"Jhony Ventura did a wonderful job for us! We had a wall between a bright, sunny tv room and a very dark, windowless foyer. Jhony cut out a 4 x 6 window, moved some electrical, then framed it. It looks great, foyer is now so much sunnier. Going to have shutters put up eventually. No mess, furniture covered, great experience and would certainly use Jhony again."

"Gray Tile & Remodeling did an outstanding job on our Master Bathroom remodel. Daniel who did the quote & handled the Quartz Countertops portion of the job was a top-notch professional. Derrick Gray and his Team were on time, super efficient and made our vision for the space come alive. Very pleased that we selected Gray Tile & Remodeling for the job!"
