"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. Idan came up with a beautiful kitchen design for my kitchen remodel based on some inspiration pictures and ideas I provided her. Once we agreed on the design he brought over the crew for an introduction and prep for the job. He was there to guide and assist me throughout the remodel and checked in daily with me to answer any questions or concerns I have. As with any remodel, we had some hiccups along the way which were nobody's fault, like termite damage and framing that had to be replaced, but nothing that Idan and his team couldn?t handle and resolve quickly. Lunasol delivered, and as a result my family and I have a stunning kitchen that we will enjoy for years to come."
