"Angelo, of Joseph and Sons, is a consummate professional and his knowledge of various projects is endless. His crew was polite, friendly and clean. We originally started with replacing an old railroad tie wall with natural rocks and a concrete shed pad. We ended up with a large patio, a leveled back yard, an upgrades to various garden beds. He also finished the wall with river stone to reduce future cost and upkeep. The pricing was more then fair. Angelo was great with add on projects, giving me Options and his opinion. He never tried to sell a project and was not pushy. He was very responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend Joseph and Sons. In fact, we will use him again in the future for other jobs including a kitchen remodel."

"I am writing this to comment on the work of CFI Home Improvement. I hired Misael to completely remodel my bathroom. First of all, his price was very fair. His work was beyond good and his work ethic was very professional. He took the time to ask my wife what she wanted and gave us great ideas. Even when my wife changed something, he quickly adapted. He came on time and even went to Lowe’s at night getting materials for a change order. I noticed that he took great pride in his tools. He had very good tools and he knew how to use them. He was very clean as he laid down tarps and cleaned up the inside as well as the outside. He worked very hard without really taking anything more than a lunch break. Misael did quality work. His dry walling and laying down of the floor was great. His plumbing and tile skills were just as good. We have no complaints. He chose a great color for the wall paint as well. Misael was really a gentleman as well as a skilled worker. My dog was happy to see him every day too. I got to know him while he was here and I cannot say enough about him. He can be trusted and will do a first class job for you. By all means consider him before you remodel."

Everyone we dealt with from the office staff:Julie, Mary, Diana, Silvia and Jessenia, the estimators: Carlos and Jose, the mason: Erik and the work crew: Nolvy, Orlando and Edgar was professional, polite and punctual. I apologize if I forget anyone’s name or left anyone out. All work was done in a timely manner. They arrived early and stayed late 6 days a week and also straightened and cleaned up everything before leaving. They not only protected our house during the work, but our neighbors house as well , even power washing it at the end. (Very generous of them because I wouldn’t have included them, but that’s just me. lol) We had several compliments from neighbors, a few who wanted to hire them on the spot. "We can not say enough wonderful things about Homeland Remodeling Group. To start, Dan answered our inquiry the day after we sent it and he showed up when promised. Many contractors would either not respond or promise an estimate and not show. Dan was on time and he provided us with the estimate before he left that same day. While waiting for the siding to arrive, Dan was very responsive, providing updates. Once the material arrived, the crew was very professional and worked efficiently. They would arrive at 8:00 am and leave at 5:00pm. The siding, fascia, soffit and gutters look perfect. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything more. Any request we had during the construction was addressed promptly. This company is very honest, reliable and attentive to detail. After the house was sided, the men cleaned up and our house looks better than we could have ever hoped for.
